Revolution

Designed as one of a pair (see “Evolution”), this piece is about the relationship between what lies beneath the surface and what is exposed when we live more authentically. Here red, the colour most commonly associated with heat and passion, is used to symbolize explosion and chaos. Revolution is the physical embodiment of change; it is the pressure released and the drama unleashed. It is the invitation to let go of who we think we should be to make way for who we really are.
