Aesthetic
Each of us has our own taste and preference – a felt sense of what we find especially beautiful or pleasing. I have a particular love of the Art Nouveau movement, an ornamental style of art that flourished from about 1890 to 1910. Characterized by its use of long, sinuous, organic line and often drawing inspiration from plants, insects, and wildlife, this movement chimes with my aesthetic; it also taps into my assertion that when we move toward what truly resonates in us, we live more fully in a state of flow.
